When: Expected Opening: Early 2016

Why: Belize is exquisitely beautiful, English-speaking, very close to the US, and has a stable political and financial system. The past 24 months have seen an explosion in tourism, baby boomer interest, and foreign capital investment. We believe these trends are in their infancy, and as one of the most underdeveloped countries in Central America, we see tremendous cash flow and capital growth opportunity on this amazing island.
